The Ijevan Technopark concept proposal includes a 497.0 sq.m \u201cPanorama\u201d hall designed for discussions and presentations. The working areas consist of the 2,350.0 sq.m \u201cForum\u201d space, a 2,387.0 sq.m \u201cLab\u201d area that includes a showroom and hall, and an additional 2,668.5 sq.m \u201cLab\u201d workspace.<\/span><\/p>
The residential areas total 534.0 sq.m and 196.0 sq.m respectively. The project also features a 534.0 sq.m amphitheater and a 1,703.5 sq.m rooftop caf\u00e9 and bar.<\/span><\/p>
According to the project indicators, the total workspace area is 7,900.0 sq.m, the leisure and entertainment areas amount to 4,534.0 sq.m, and the total residential area is 1,886.0 sq.m.
