The residential district is designed in Dzoraghbyur.
It includes 36 private houses, consisting of two types of two-story homes and three types of single-story homes. The project also features a playground, a spacious landscaped park, bicycle paths, and public-use facilities.
The neighborhood is gated, with controlled entry and exit for security and privacy.
