Residential Building Masis city M. Heratsi street
In Masis, Ararat Province, at 28/1 Heratsu Street, a multifunctional building is planned. The design is based on the client’s assignment, the architectural planning permit (24.05.2024), the property registration certificate, and the engineering-geological conclusion. The existing structure on site will be demolished.
The building is located at the intersection of Heratsu Street and a residential street, forming a sunlit landscaped courtyard in the southeast part of the plot. It consists of 1 semi-basement level (–3.30 m), 1 public floor (partly residential), and 8 residential floors. The semi-basement serves as a parking area and civil defense shelter, required due to the high groundwater level.
The structural system is a reinforced concrete frame in two directions. The façade will combine travertine, black tuff, and basalt. The roof is flat and non-accessible with internal drainage. Fire safety and accessibility solutions are included.
