Hotel and Multifunctional Building in Dilijan
The conceptual design of a multifunctional complex at 33/1 M. Gorky Street, Dilijan, Tavush Region, has been developed based on the client’s brief and the State Certificate of Property Rights Registration (code 11-003-0126-0005).
The 7,200 sq.m land plot is designated for a residential multifunctional complex comprising one underground level, one semi-basement level, and five above-ground floors. The underground level (-8.100) includes parking for 56 vehicles, a gym, a swimming pool, and a playground. The semi-basement (-4.500) accommodates public-use areas with separate entrances, while the upper floors (±0.00 to +13.20) contain 67 apartments, common areas, elevators, and staircases.
The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with insulated pumice concrete block walls and wood or wood-imitation façade cladding. The sloped roof is partially landscaped and equipped with an external drainage system.
