The P-shaped building consists of 4 entrances, each with an elevator and stairwell. It includes 1 underground and 9 above-ground floors.
The –3.30 m level is designed as a parking area (adaptable as a civil defense shelter) with accessible sanitary facilities. The ground floor (±0.00) is allocated for public use, while the upper floors (+4.80 to +27.90 m) are residential. Parking access is from the northwest street. The building is accessible for people with disabilities.
The structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with flat roofing and internal drainage. The façade combines travertine, black tuff, and basalt.
