The garage is conveniently connected to the interior.
The second floor is organized as a private zone with bedrooms, bathrooms, dressing areas, a relaxation space, and open terraces. The layout ensures privacy, efficient circulation, natural lighting, and ventilation.
The exterior features a modern, minimalist architectural approach with clean geometric forms, large panoramic windows, and terraces that enhance the façade’s depth and rhythm.
The courtyard is designed as a continuation of the living space, incorporating green areas, outdoor seating, a summer kitchen, and clearly organized pathways. The overall concept creates a cohesive, functional, and comfortable residential environment.
