Ijevan Technopark
The Ijevan Technopark concept proposal includes a 497.0 sq.m “Panorama” hall designed for discussions and presentations. The working areas consist of the 2,350.0 sq.m “Forum” space, a 2,387.0 sq.m “Lab” area that includes a showroom and hall, and an additional 2,668.5 sq.m “Lab” workspace.
The residential areas total 534.0 sq.m and 196.0 sq.m respectively. The project also features a 534.0 sq.m amphitheater and a 1,703.5 sq.m rooftop café and bar.
According to the project indicators, the total workspace area is 7,900.0 sq.m, the leisure and entertainment areas amount to 4,534.0 sq.m, and the total residential area is 1,886.0 sq.m. The green areas, paved walkways, platforms, and internal courtyards cover 12,500.0 sq.m.
