Commercial Building Ajapnyak G3
The conceptual design of a multifunctional public building at 3/2 Ashtarak Highway, Ajapnyak District, Yerevan, has been developed based on the property registration certificate, the site’s geodetic survey, and the client’s brief.
The 0.22 ha land plot accommodates a building with five above-ground floors and one semi-basement level, with a maximum height of 22.95 m. The main volume consists of open-plan office spaces and a showroom.
The building footprint is 20.89% at the -3.45 m level and 18.85% at the ±0.00 level. Open-air parking for 24 vehicles is provided. Vertical circulation includes two staircases and one elevator.
The structure is reinforced concrete with a flat roof and organized drainage. The façades combine basalt and travertine cladding with plaster and glazing.
