Cafe Yerevanyan Lake
In the Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan, near Yerevan Lake, a single-story café is planned for construction.
The building will include sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, storage spaces, a kitchen block, and a main hall for guests.The structural system is designed with metal columns, while the foundations and enclosing walls will be constructed of stone masonry with decorative elements.
The total area of the project is 424.0 sq.m, including a 231.4 sq.m terrace and a 188.6 sq.m building footprint.
The internal layout includes 24.4 sq.m of sanitary facilities, an 18 sq.m kitchen and storage area, and an 11 sq.m café service/bar area.
The café is designed to accommodate 100 seats.
