The building consists of one basement and five above-ground floors, with a floor-to-floor height of 3.30 m. The main volume is set back from the street to preserve the visibility of the adjacent historic building, while the first floor follows the building line. The structure is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with flat roofing and external drainage. The façades feature curtain glazing, ventilated natural tuff stone cladding, basalt plinth slabs, and architectural concrete elements.
The building includes flexible multifunctional spaces, a main staircase and elevator, a rear fire-escape staircase, fire-rated self-closing doors, smoke exhaust systems, and three emergency exits. The basement level can serve as a basic shelter and includes accessible sanitary facilities.
